At Decorsz, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Please read the following information regarding our shipping and return policies.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom or personalised art pieces may take longer to produce. You will be notified via email regarding the estimated delivery time for custom orders.

2. Delivery Time

  • Pakistan: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Coming soon. If you're outside Pakistan and would like to order, please contact us directly at support@decorsz.com.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: Flat rate shipping fee (or mention free shipping over a certain amount, if applicable).

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress in real-time.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, email us at support@decorsz.com with your order number and clear images of the product issue (if any).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized artwork

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@decorsz.com.
