✅ Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/defective upon arrival.

• Custom-made or personalized wall frames are non-returnable.

🚚 Damaged or Broken Items (Mirrors & Frames)

• Since mirrors and glass frames are fragile, we take extra care with protective packaging.

• If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos.

• We will provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund (your choice).

🛡️ Warranty

• All mirrors and wall frames come with a 6-month warranty covering:

  • For mirrors: LED light failure (on LED mirrors), manufacturing defects in frame or fittings.

  • For frames: Joint/fitting defects or warping.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, drops, or improper installation.

  • Scratches, stains, glass breakage, or normal wear & tear.
